TILT UP PANEL BUILDING PROCESS

Firstly, the process is almost entirely upfront with a full 3D shop drawings of the structure used to plan each size of the panel, openings and engineering.

Each site and building can be vastly different. Panel layout, access for pouring and installation of panels need planning during the design process. Sites that do not have the area to cast panels onsite require offsite manufacturing, whilst this can speed up the construction phase, it can add significant costs to the build.
